Joy

We have been pleased to see folks joining in our challenges, including the wonderful creations for 'God's Promises'.

It's Hazel here; it's my turn to set the challenge this time and I've chosen

'Joy'

When things are going well in life we feel happy and joyful, but sometimes circumstances of life may cause us to feel sad, but even at those times we can still experience the joy of the Lord. I'm reminded of the verse in Nehemiah 8:10b: 'for the joy of the Lord is my strength'.

We'd love to see your take on this challenge
so please leave us a comment when you are finished your piece,
so that we and others may see your work.
To get you inspired the Design Team have come up with some beautiful pieces.

God's Promises

Just want to say thank you to all who have been joining in on the challenges so far, we loved seeing what you created for the Water challenge.

Gillian here and it's my turn to set the challenge this week and I've chosen
God's Promises.

So many times we are guilty of breaking promises,

or have been on the other end of a broken promise,

but what a wonderful blessing to know

that when God makes a promise it's steadfast.
We'd love to see what Promise from God you choose to use as your basis for your challenge

so leave us a comment when you are finished your piece,

so that we and others may see your work.

To get you inspired the Design Team have come up with some beautiful pieces.

Water, Water Everywhere!

Thank you to all once again who joined in the last challenge of 'Life to the Full'. We do our best to visit your blogs and look at your wonderful creations.

This is a little daunting setting a challenge, but indeed very exciting too! Without further ado the challenge for the next 2 weeks is simply...

'WATER'

Water is such an important element in our lives, we can't live without it, just like our Lord and Saviour! It appears in so many places in the Bible, more than I realised. Here are a few examples to get you thinking, Noah and the flood, Jesus' 1st miracle; water into wine, calming of the sea, walking on water, baptisms, fishing, washing/cleansing, rivers, pools etc. Use this inspiration in your next project, and don't forget to leave us with details so we can take a peek!
Thanks

Life to the Full!

Wow! We have been so encouraged and excited by all your lovely comments and awesome contributions. Keep them coming!

This week it's my turn (Casey) to set the challenge :)

I have chosen the theme "Life to the Full." This theme comes from the verse John 10:10b where Jesus says that He has come so we may have life and have it to the full (or in abundance)!

So, we would really love to see your take on this challenge of what
"Life to the full- in Christ" means for you.
You can do it whatever format you like e.g. A Layout, card, beyond the page, canvas etc.

We'd love you to leave us a comment so we can enjoy your artwork too!

Here is what we came up with for the challenge. You can visit our personal blogs to get a bit of an insight into our pieces of art!

Blessings!

Praise!

The first challenge is given by Lythan. It's ...

Praise.

Express your praise to God in whatever way you choose.
Praise is such a wonderful word. We give praise to people - especially children when they have done something that makes us proud and pleases us. We give praise to God because he has done everything for us and we are proud to be his children.

I think the team have come up with the most amazing selection of delights, especially considering this is our first go! You can find out more details about how, why and what we have made by visiting our individual blogs.

We would love to see your work too - a card, a layout, a canvas, a mini book... there are so many ways to praise. And if you link your blog here then we can visit and praise you too!
